The first pair of gloves got lost in shipment. The item was showing as delivered but I never received the package. I contacted PHENOM and they sent me a replacement no questions asked!! The first pair of gloves came in a day or two before the replacement pair. Excellent service!!! I’m trying to figure out what address I send the extra pair of gloves to or I’ll pay for them if that’s easier

They are pretty cool looming! My grandson is anxious to try them out. The fingers are a little long for a Men’s S, but we’re guess on the size. Luckily, they arrived before Christmas!
