Phenom NIL
The Phenom NIL program is built for athletes who can move product and move a crowd. It is not a giveaway. Every submission is evaluated, and we work with the players who show up on film and show up online.
We work with youth, high school, 7v7, and college athletes. Skill positions and playmakers first.

What We Expect
This is a working partnership, not a handout. If you are selected you are expected to:
- Wear the gear and post it — tag @phenomelite
- Keep posting through the season, not once
- Represent the brand the way you would want yours represented
Athletes who take the gear and go quiet do not get a second drop. Everyone else moves up.
How To Get Evaluated
- Submit your info. Name, sizes, socials, film, and where to ship. Takes about two minutes.
- We evaluate. Our athlete team reviews every submission for NIL, sponsorship, and ambassador spots.
- We reach out. If you are a fit for a drop or a deal, we contact you directly. Not everyone is.

Have this ready. Incomplete submissions do not get evaluated.

- Your Hudl link or current film
- A shipping address you actually check
Frequently Asked
Do I need a certain follower count?
No. We evaluate film, position, and how you carry yourself online — not just numbers. But you do need to actually post.
Is everyone accepted?
No. This is an evaluation. We work with the athletes who fit a drop and can deliver on the expectations above.
Can youth and high school athletes apply?
Yes. Athletes under 18 will need a parent or guardian to complete the consent section.
What if I am not selected right away?
Your info stays in our system. Drops and NIL spots open throughout the season and we pull from athletes already submitted — no need to re-apply.
Are coaches able to submit a full roster?
Yes. Coaches, trainers, and 7v7 directors can upload an entire roster at once. A roster upload puts athletes into our recruiting and scouting system — it is not a gear order.
