Return Policy

That is why Phenom Elite offers a 30-Day Performance Guarantee from delivery on cleats and gloves, so you can wear them, train in them, and compete in them with confidence; if they do not perform the way they should, we will make it right through a replacement, refund, or return. In addition, all products are backed by 60-Day Product Protection from delivery against defects in materials or workmanship, and if a product fails due to a manufacturing or material issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Returns and exchanges require proof of purchase, with apparel returned unwashed and with original tags, and footwear returned unused in its original shoe box. Print-on-demand items, socks, and mouthguards are not eligible for return unless damaged. Glove warranties do not cover tearing or peeling caused by normal wear or improper use. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or standard warranty coverage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, refunds are issued to the original form of payment, store credits are issued as a discount code, and exchanges must be for equal or lesser value unless the customer pays the difference.
