While I cannot yet speak to the quality of these cleats yet, I can praise Phenom's customer service. Our first pair of Phenom's wore out very quickly. I reached out to customer service and they said that was not the norm and offered a replacement pair. They could have told me I was outside of the return window and that I was out of luck. We'll be back simply for the customer service provided!
